The Grand Canyon's Splendor





Through the eyes of an eagle I see
The splendor of you
With your cliffs and rocks 
Stunning colors that beam
Similar to mars you seem
Like a blissful flight into an unknown world 
Remarkable feat for many would be
To take a chance to see you from above
Is to witness god's creation like a dove
As I fly through the valley and hills
I feel one with nature and it fills
My spirit with god's beauty and grace
He has allowed me to take this journey
A reminder of his grandeur
Oh how magnificent is our creator!
